At EZ Flow Diffusers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in the same condition received

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns showing signs of installation, modification, misuse, scratches, dents, or customer-caused damage will not qualify for a refund.

Return requests must be approved prior to shipment.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped by EZ Flow Diffusers

  • The item arrived damaged due to carrier shipping damage

  • The product was defective upon arrival

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.


Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

Please inspect all orders immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Retain all original packaging

  • Provide photos of:

    • Product damage

    • Packaging damage

    • Shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Damage caused during installation, improper handling, modification, misuse, or customer negligence is not covered.


Incorrect Size Orders

Customers are responsible for verifying all product sizes and specifications prior to ordering.

We strongly recommend confirming duct opening sizes and product dimensions before purchase.

Products ordered in the wrong size by the customer may be eligible for return only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is uninstalled

  • The return is approved by EZ Flow Diffusers

Custom-sized, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-returnable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Installed products

  • Products with customer-caused damage

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Receive return approval

  3. Place a new order for the correct item


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times vary by financial institution

  • A restocking fee may apply to certain approved returns
